This location is phenomenal! The units are clean and in great condition. It's like they put new carpeting and everything in before each new tenant moves in. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help whenever you need it. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Honestly I wanna say that budget suites is really Honestly is a great place. There best quality is the way they communicate, there constantly friendly, and understanding, I personally feel like they have an amazing staffing. I have no complaints, good location Honestly, I thank them for everything they've done for me. The manger is really surprisingly understanding and perfessional, if your honest she'll help, Honesty is the key and I personally am happy how well she takes care of her staff as well. I would recommend this place for long-term or short

It’s affordable, office ladies are real nice & the one time I saw the GM he immediately fixed my issue, no questions asked & that was a whole new mattress & box spring set. It’s a cool temporary situation, my unit is clean & bug free .. I wish the couches were more up to date and comfortable or that we could get our own, but everything else is good.

I'm calling this place home. It's better than my last 2 apartments. Matt and his crew fix things , I couldn't get that from the last 2 property management companies. $1700 a month utilities, wifi, included. Hopefully, they will refund my deposit at the end.

Let me start this review by saying it is LONG overdue! My husband and I have been residents here for over two years. Our time here has been great and then last year happened! I was walking down towards the office, kind of disoriented and having horrible chest pains. Two ladies from the office, Sheila and Tammy, saw me and could tell that I was not ok (I wasn’t my dorky, bubbly self). They went into mama bear overload. They walked me into the office, one called 911, the other pulled out rental records for my personal info and Lou came over to comfort me. The ambulance got me to the hospital and within a few days I had to have emergency open heart surgery. According to the doctors and specialists if Sheila and Tammy had not called when they did, my husband would have come home to me no longer being here!! I am only here because they have taken time to get to know me not just as a resident but a person! They treat you like family! They have called and came to our apartment just to check on us!! If I’m in the office they make sure to ask how I am feeling. Again, they care about you as family! Since then I have had major complications and still unable to work. That along with Covid have been devastating financially which is personally embarrassing (as a lot of people are feeling). Matt and Anad (sorry if I spelled it wrong) have been amazing as well! They helped us to find resources for rental assistance or food boxes or whatever! Who does that? People who truly care! Then the rest of the staff Jim, Anna-E (sorry if I spelled that one wrong too), Lou, Diane, Chewy and the others have been incredibly supportive and caring!! I do not have a lot of my own family here other then my two grown children and my husbands family BUT that’s changed with all of these wonderful people that work here! There are not enough words, contrary to my lengthy review, that could ever convey my appreciation for Sheila and Tammy, they literally and figuratively saved my life!! BUT thank you ladies and everyone else here!!!

We have stayed with this chain several times over the past 15 years, and of all three locations in the valley, this one is the best! The staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the residents are genuine and courteous. As with any multi-unit apartment there are some minor disturbances, nothing wort comment. The security patrol is also a nice comfort. I would definitely recommend this particular property to anyone.

I been here since March and it has been good the rooms are decent and homey. I do appreciate Matt the owner and all that he does he really tries his best to take care of things right away. He has Good customer service and the front desk workers are great too!

I liked it. Studios, 1bdrns,2brooms. Move in was $1700 w all their deposits and extra charges. Its not worth $1700 for 2 weeks and then close to $800 every 2 weeks.. Had a nice pool and laundry room. Very anal if you step on the grass. Pretty quiet , at least in my building. No breaks for anything. And charge for absolutely everything from the TV microwave and the old wood flooring. $100 for my two small dogs every 2 Weeks.
